This position means that by now they have finally left the Met Office "High Seas" area and are now within the realms of that familiar monologue, the "shipping forecast". If anyone finds themselves unable to sleep at 5.20am BST or 00.48am with Radio 4 tuned, then listen out for area "Sole" (comes after Biscay, Trafalgar, Fitzroy).
